Delete an Owner account or Managed Cashier identity
Store Owners can request deletion of their TindaTrack account and associated cloud data. Managed Cashier store-access removal is immediate, while permanent Cashier identity deletion is a separate verified process.
Delete a Store Owner account in the app
- Open Settings.
- Select Privacy & Account Control.
- Select Delete account and cloud data.
- Enter the confirmation phrase shown by TindaTrack.
- Complete the supported Owner identity-verification step.
- Submit the deletion request.
A verified Store Owner request enters a 30-day recovery period. Reaching the displayed deadline makes the request eligible for verified permanent processing, but does not by itself confirm that deletion has completed. Contact Support if a request remains pending, processing, or failed.
Remove Managed Cashier store access
A normal Managed Cashier signs in with a Store Code, username, and password. A separate personal Cashier email address is not required for the normal new-Cashier flow.
- The Store Owner opens Manage Accounts in TindaTrack.
- Select the Managed Cashier.
- Choose the remove/revoke action and confirm it.
Request permanent Managed Cashier identity deletion
Permanent deletion of a Managed Cashier's authentication identity and direct profile identifiers is a separate verified cleanup/deletion request. The Store Owner or Cashier may prepare that request through the public form below. Support may verify the Store Code, username, store relationship, and other non-secret information before processing.
Deletion may be delayed or restricted where necessary to protect another account or store, preserve pending synchronization, investigate security or fraud, maintain financial/audit records, or satisfy legal obligations. Completed transactions may retain redacted, non-login Cashier attribution.
Request deletion or access removal without the app
Store Owner deletion requests should be sent from the Owner account email when possible. Managed Cashier requests should use the Store Code and username—never a password, one-time code, backup key, or internal system-generated identifier.
Store Owner deletion scope
When verified permanent Owner deletion is successfully completed, the requested scope includes:
- the Owner authentication identity and active cloud-session access;
- synchronized database records covered by the account/store deletion relationships, including relevant membership and registered-device relationships;
- active encrypted account-backup files covered by the deletion process; and
- the account-specific cloud-backup encryption key.
Trial/entitlement and operational records may be deleted where the deletion relationships require it, while limited records may remain for the reasons described below. A scheduled date or disabled account is not proof of deletion; completion must be verified by the server-side process or Support.
Separately stored product images, logos, and merchant QR media
Product images, store logos, and merchant QR files may be stored in separate object-storage locations. The current account-purge statement does not promise that deletion of every such object is verified by the same automated purge transaction.
If an Owner deletion request includes associated product images, store logos, or merchant QR media, include that request in the email or contact support@scripthex.com so the remaining media can be identified and handled through the applicable cleanup process.
Limited records that may be retained
After deletion or cleanup, TindaTrack may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for financial/audit integrity, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, proof of deletion processing, or legal obligations. Examples may include request identifiers, processing status, timestamps, result metadata, authorized administrator actions, and redacted transaction attribution.
Completed sales, refunds, voids, shifts, and similar store records may retain a redacted Cashier reference or historical display label. Such retained attribution cannot be used to sign in.
Google Play, RevenueCat, and other providers may separately retain billing, purchase, transaction, security, or fraud-prevention records under their own policies and applicable law. Temporary residual copies may also remain in provider disaster-recovery backups until normal rotation.
Store Owner recovery period
Store Owner account: 30 days
While a verified Owner deletion request is pending, the account may remain recoverable until the displayed purge deadline. Before that deadline, email support@scripthex.com using the app's cancellation-support action or your mail app. Include the Owner account email, store name, and deletion request ID when available.
Managed Cashier access removal is not described here as having a guaranteed seven-day identity-deletion recovery period. If the Owner wants to restore access after a removal, use the currently supported account-management flow or contact Support.
Google Play subscription billing
Deleting the Store Owner account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. The Owner should manage or cancel billing through Google Play before account deletion if they do not want future renewal charges. Removing or deleting a Managed Cashier does not change Store Owner billing.
Local data on phones and tablets
TindaTrack is offline-first. A phone or tablet may contain a local SQLite database, images, exported files, or cached information that cannot be remotely erased if the device is offline or no longer under your control. On each device you control, remove the workspace, clear the app's storage, delete exported files, or uninstall the app as appropriate.
